Game Plan Privacy Notice

1. Notice:
   1. Data: Your institution provides Game Plan with the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email, Academic Standing (e.g.: Freshman Year), Major. On a voluntary basis, you, the student-athlete has the ability to add additional information including: GPA, Past Educational History, Athletic History and Achievements, Community Involvement, Organizational participation on campus, as well as skills and interests.
   2. Use: The information gathered allows you to login to our Site, use our Services and Applications, and is used to connect you with employers for hiring purposes. The information will never be used as part of marketing or sales processes by Game Plan. We also use your information to improve our Site and Services.
   3. Retention: Student-Athlete’s data will be retained unless (i) University or Game Plan terminates contract between the two parties, or (ii) University asks student-athlete account to be terminated. In both cases (i) and (ii), student-athlete information will not be retained.
   4. Disclosure: The information gathered is used to connect student-athletes with employers for hiring purposes. The information will never be used as part of marketing or sales processes by Game Plan.
   5. Notification: We may change this Policy from time to time, so please check back periodically. If we make any changes that materially affect our practices with regard to personal information we have collected from you or your institution, you will be notified via email.
   6. Third-party App Integration: When using third party applications (e.g. Zoom) integrated with the Game Plan platform, Game Plan retains personally-identifying information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice and required for the 3rd party application to function as promised to the user. The length of time Game Plan retains your personally-identifying information depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we process the data.
2. Participation: Participation in the Game Plan platform is agreed upon by your institution. If you wish to opt out of the program, please send an email to privacy@wearegameplan.com. Please note that all information gathered inside the platform will not be retained in the case of an opt-out.
3. Access: Users may alter or delete their personal information inside of the Game Plan platform. Individual user credentials are used by each student-athlete to access the platform. All information added to a student-athlete's profiles are added on a voluntary basis.
4. Security: The security and confidentiality of a student-athletes data and information are our highest priority. Game Plan utilizes AWS Secured Cloud to ensure the security and data integrity of our clients’ information. We have implemented commercially reasonably secure precautions including password protection, secure socket layering, and encryption to protect our Site from intrusion and data disclosure.
5. It is incumbent upon the user to take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, computer, and the web enabled devices. Among other steps, you should never share your login information with others.
